Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of delivery along with proof of purchase for a FULL refund. The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Once started, custom commissioned paintings are not eligible for return or refunds.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied using your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} with explanation and photos of the damages. If approved, a replacement will be sent out within 5 days of approval.

Custom Paintings

All custom paintings are custom boxed and shipped out with insurance. Any situation concerning a damaged delivery will be reviewed on an individual personal basis. I will not have my first unhappy fan or customer due to a shipping mishap.
